Community cooking sessions

These cooking sessions are organised specifically for the members of the community groups or organisations and are not open to the public unless specified as such.

Please have a look at our Upcoming Community Sessions here and our Past Community Sessions here

The community cooking sessions are bespoke. They are booked by community groups who we work with in order to best meet their individual needs.

We were partially grant funded, up until the end of January 2012, but we always require a contribution towards our costs from the community group, which is negotiable according to the group, in order to address the social aims and objectives of our collaborative organisations.
Our intention however is that these community cooking sessions are always free to the individual participants
.

If you’d like to know more about any of our community work, please contact either Adele Jordan (adele@crackinggoodfood.org) or Juliet Lawson (juliet@crackinggoodfood.org).

I would like to say how much I admire the work people from Cracking Good Food and the Lost Plot have changed the way people from Nell Lane estate think of each other, many people have never met until they came to the Lost Plot and Cracking Good Food, although they have lived on the same estate for at least thirty years, its amazing how eating food can really bring all sorts of people together its about time, and I would hate it to stop. Yours sincerely, Marilyn McCullough (Mal) – Resident of Nell Lane Estate for 30 years.
