Semolina Pudding with prunes & cream

Ingredients
  • 1pint of Milk
  • 1 ½ ozs Semolina
  • 2ozs Sugar
  • ozs Margarine
  • 2-3 drops Lemon juice
  • Single Cream
Instructions
  1. Put the semolina in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of the milk. Stir to a paste.
  2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add to the paste bit by bit stirring constantly. Simmer for 15-20 mins.
  3. Add the sugar, margarine and lemon juice.
  4. Serve with prunes and single cream.
