| Semolina Pudding with prunes & cream |
Ingredients
- 1pint of Milk
- 1 ½ ozs Semolina
- 2ozs Sugar
- ozs Margarine
- 2-3 drops Lemon juice
- Single Cream
Instructions
- Put the semolina in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of the milk. Stir to a paste.
- Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add to the paste bit by bit stirring constantly. Simmer for 15-20 mins.
- Add the sugar, margarine and lemon juice.
- Serve with prunes and single cream.
