Goes well with this Pork & Mango Curry
| Celeriac mash |
Ingredients
- 800g celeriac
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Wash & peel the celeriac to remove all the knobbly skin and cut into chunks like potato.
- Weigh out 800g of the celeriac.
- Place the celeriac in a pan with cold water to cover. Salt and bring to the boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until tender.
- Add the juice of ½ a lemon.
- Mash until smooth!
