Ingredients
  • 800g celeriac
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash & peel the celeriac to remove all the knobbly skin and cut into chunks like potato.
  2. Weigh out 800g of the celeriac.
  3. Place the celeriac in a pan with cold water to cover. Salt and bring to the boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the juice of ½ a lemon.
  5. Mash until smooth!
