What will you cook?

You’ll master how to make the perfect 100% organic loaf, delicious garlic naan breads and aromatic focaccia topped with onions, rosemary and crystal salt and stuffed with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

This ever-popular 4-hour artisan breadmaking class with Cracking Good Food’s resident baking expert Rob Tomlinson is brilliant value for money and covers all the basics of three types of bread. There’ll be nibbles too!

Rob is a very experienced artisan bread-maker and is keen to share his knowledge and tips. He crams plenty into this busy session but there’s always time for questions. By the end of the four hours you’ll know just how satisfying it is to make your own bread – not only are homemade loaves cheaper, tastier and healthier than the shop-bought stuff, they fill your house with the delicious smell of baking! You’ll leave with lots of fabulous bread to take home – and a skill that will last you a lifetime.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to those wishing to further develop their skills.

All ingredients are organic and bought locally at Unicorn Co-operative Grocery and other local independent shops.

Vegan, vegetarian and dairy free.
You can select your dietary preferences and inform us about any allergies or other requirements during checkout.
