Join our expert Cooking Leader Zosima for a 4-hour journey through the rich heritage and regional cuisine of Vietnam. You will go home with a wealth of new skills, an understanding of how Vietnamese cuisine makes use of flavour and spice in its own unique way, and lots of ideas to add excitement to your midweek meal planning. Bring lots of containers as there will be a lot of food to take home!

Zosima has a wealth of experience in teaching all the ins and outs of East and Southeast Asian cooking, from the traditions and culture around the recipes to using alternative ingredients that are more readily available to you in supermarkets and shops near you.

This class is not suitable for people with nut allergies.

Zosima will guide you through a range of incredibly tasty recipes including: 

  • Pho Ga – The iconic chicken noodle soup known as the ‘national dish’ of Vietnam that warms your heart and soul!
  • Banh Xeo – crispy and savoury Vietnamese pancakes are popular street food snacks found all over Vietnam. You will go home with a wealth of new skills, an understanding of how Vietnamese cuisine makes use of flavour and spice in its own unique way, and lots of ideas to add excitement to your midweek meal planning.
  • Nuoc Cham  - A traditional Vietnamese basic dipping sauce
  • Goi Cuon - Vietnamese spring rolls packed with greens, shrimp or pork and herbs.

My business name Mama Z comes from the fact that I love to look after people through food and having worked in many commercial kitchens over the years, now having my own business selling street food, means I can invest my heritage and passion into my food. Food is love. I really enjoy creating receipes and curating menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

I have branched out into retail by bottling and jarring sauces which will soon be available via Cracking Good Food!
