£70 per person, 4 hour class

Mindful cooking is a different way to experience cooking and dining. Without rushing or watching TV. Single-task, fully focus on what you do at the moment and engage all of your senses.

  • Sweet potato momos with raw tomato and green chilli sauce
  • Lentil and quinoa BBQ “Meatloaf”
