Our food supply

We feel strongly about shopping sustainably and seasonally  to support the local economy as well as the global environment. Ingredients for our cooking sessions are sourced from independent shops: we buy fresh, seasonal, organic and Fair-trade produce where possible.

Among others, we use the following outlets:

One of the finest continental bakeries in the UK and a local institution.

Dig Organic Box Scheme

Glebelands City Growers (Sale)
