Accredited day-long course for all those working with food in the community or the workplace 

This accredited one-day course is great for anyone looking to work in catering and hospitality or community cooking. You will be taught a mixture of practical and theoretical skills by our experienced and commercially trained Cooking Leaders to increase your knowledge and confidence around food safety, as well as your employability in the sector. The course is taught in small groups in a community venue – or if you have a suitable space, we can come to you. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
